Upon receipt of your shipment, please check ALL contents of the delivery
for possible damage BEFORE signing off on it with the shipping company.
If a certain item is delivered damaged, REFUSE SHIPMENT of that item and
make proper notation with the freight company at that time. Although items being
damaged during transit is rare, it is extremely important that you check for
possible damage in order to secure proper settlement from the carrier.
If merchandise is damaged in transit it is the customer’s responsibility
to properly notate the damage on the freight bill at the time of receipt in
order to secure proper settlement from the carrier. NightVisionGoggles.com is not
responsible for goods damaged in transit.
